Coinciding with Skina's 20th anniversary, Marcos Granda was surprised with the change of location of his first restaurant from the small premises in the historic center to an Andalusian mansion on Marbella's Golden Mile. This allows much more space and new concepts that respond to moments of consumption beyond the gastronomic menu. Like Millésimé, Le Petit Bar by Skina has an independent menu based on fresh, seasonal, and local produce and a selection of champagnes worthy of collectors.
Millésimé is Granda's dream to share his passion and knowledge of champagne, bringing together exceptional vintages and references—specifically, 910 labels, of which the glass can take 6 and change monthly. Outdoors, in the central courtyard and with the fountain’s murmur in the background, it is designed for 29 people and is perfect during the warm Marbella days that extend beyond the summer. From October it will be open from Tuesday to Saturday from 1 to 3.30 pm and from 7.30 to 10.45 pm.
Millésimé advocates a more relaxed attitude and a perfect menu for sharing. The kitchen team, led by Mario Cachinero, relies on small local producers whose crops and methods respect the eco-responsible approach that favors short circuits. This ensures the necessary traceability in the service of ethics and the quality of its cuisine.
